Cancellation and refund

• You can cancel an order before translation starts for a full refund. Email us with your order number.
• Once translation has started or been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If a page cannot be read, or you sent fewer pages than you paid for, we refund those pages.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5 to 7 working days.
• Unpaid orders are removed automatically after 3 days; nothing is charged for them.
