Kaithi Khatiyan translated to Hindi
A Khatiyan (also spelt Khatian, खतियान) is the record of rights for land. In Bihar and Jharkhand, Khatiyan from the old surveys are mostly written in Kaithi script. We translate your whole Khatiyan into Hindi so you can read it yourself and use it for survey or court work.
What a Khatiyan contains
The mauza (village) name and thana number, khata number, the raiyat's (holder's) name, father's name, caste and address.
For each plot: the Khesra number, area (rakba, in acres or decimals), type of land, boundaries (chauhaddi) and yearly rent (lagan).
The translation keeps the same columns and order, so it is easy to match against the original.
When you need it
When filling the self-declaration (family tree and land details) for Bihar's special land survey.
For Dakhil-Kharij (mutation), partition, checking land before buying, or a court case.
How to get it
Log in with Google, upload a clear photo or PDF of each page, and pay online.
Experienced Kaithi readers translate by hand. The Hindi PDF arrives in 'My orders' in 2 to 5 working days, and on Telegram if you link it.

Please note
The translation is for your understanding and paperwork. Whether an office or court accepts it, and in what form, depends on its own rules.
